This gives depth to salads, vegetables and fish.
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 1/4 tsp of brown sugar
Over a medium heat, stir balsamic and sugar until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil and reduce heat until the mixture has reduced down to a thick sauce. Leave to cool and place in the fridge until ready to use. Want more? Multiply measurements by 2 or 4.
